“I ordered from French Connection online for the first time recently & although their shipping dates stated a longer time frame I received the goods very promptly. The clothes were of good quality and the items I returned which didn't suit me were also refunded very promptly - therefore I would say this is a very good company to deal with and I would buy from them again.”

“From the moment I entered the shop I was warmly greeted. Whilst pondering around the racks, I was offered help with what I was looking for without being pushy. Items I was holding whilst carrying on looking were taken off me and put into a changing room after I asked for this without any bother. All staff were lovely, friendly, approachable and knowledgable about the clothing in the store, helping me piece items to match. Shall defo be returning to the Gretna store next time I’m Passing through. What a lovely atmosphere it is in there!!”
