“I haven't shopped at French Connection since I was a teenager / young adult, however the two times I have been to Cotswold Outlet I have been in and purchased items. The shop is well laid out with a good choice of options. The changing rooms, whilst not huge, are perfectly adequate for trying on. The staff have always been friendly. I love the items that I purchased.”
