“We visited the Shrewsbury store and couldn't find what we were looking for. A sales assistant approached us and I explained what I was looking for. Instantly, she offered to look upstairs in their stock to see if there was anything that fitted the bill. A few minutes later, we had the jacket we were looking for at a reduction of £89!! An excellant result! Great service, advice and price!”

“I shopped at McArthur Glen at East Midlands outlet. Assistants there was so helpful, courteous and polite. They explained about returns (purchased 3 items for my son) as I asked about the policy in case he needed to exchange them. I also went to the outlet at York and they too was as helpful as they could be, poor staff had IT problems but coped magnificently without causing any problems for shoppers”
