“It was the 1st time I had been in this store, it was so clean & tidy. The clothes were well stocked & the displays was beautiful. Staff were very friendly & helpful, also they was an offer on % off all clothes so even better . I will definitely be coming back 💛🧡”

“I went into French connection in Wembley so pleased with items on sale and the staff. I tried a dress on and needed another size but wasn't available on the shop floor , the lovely lady went into the store room to look to see if they had one there. The store was well set up nice and clean and staff wonderful.”

“The pieces are good but what’s missing is the ability to request tailoring changes(minor). When we buy peaces worth 100 pounds - we would prefer that small tailoring adjustments can be made.”

“I nipped in for a look around the outlet store at Livingston. I was very impressed as I am a wheelchair user and wanted to try on a few dresses. I was so so impressed with the accessibility of the changing room. A transfer seat, bars to hold, a place to lay my things and plenty space for my wheelchair, as well as being able to see myself in the mirror. This experience means I will be using this shop as one of my first stops when out shopping in the future!”

“I had a great shopping experience at French Connection. The items I purchased were very reasonably priced, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Everything felt well made, stylish, and excellent value for money. The store had a good selection to choose from, and I left feeling very happy with my purchases. It’s always nice to find quality clothing at a great price, and French Connection delivered on both. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to others.”
