De maten kloppen niet ik heb 41 en heb 42 besteld,maar die valt klein ze zitten echt niet lekker,en de lijm op het kurk laat na 1 dag al los ?? Maar ik heb ook een probleem met de taal mail mij in het Nederlands AUB dus ik ben niet tevreden sorry gr anja

!. Your website is so unfriendly 2. Lisa the bot is terrible 3. Because I'm in USA your site wouldn't change to EU sizes for me, and consequently when I got my sneakers, they are size 40! Had I seen the EU sizes, I would have selected 39 4: I want to return them for size 39 but I can't see how to do it from your site. Your site says they can be exchanged, but doesn't explain how. So I am returning them. Too bad because I loved the concept of wood sneakers! 5: Contact us????? What??? There is no email and no phone number!!! 6. Here is yet another example.... Below you have how did you communicate with the company? I clicked Live Chat, but realised it was a bot. Now, I can't even remove Live chat. 7. Now you expect this survey to be done in German, and yet I'm in USA. So, then why then won't you let people see EU sizes when they're in USA?

I got wrong size for my order. I had to return as the size was too big. The cost of return was also too expensive for international al return. I won't be buying any more as anything can go wrong with international order.

This review isn’t about Giesswein who were very helpful. It’s about delivery of the item I ordered, which was by FedEx. Delivery service was very poor with a package going missing and no help provided by FedEx to trace the package.

Still haven't recieved the goods been scheduled 3 times now 1st 15th, then 17th then 18th now pending. A total shambles, don't state delivery until you are certain, please cancel the order and refund my account

Feel very let down. Your about us page says “wool redefined- Made in Austria”. Large banner. Reality look under insole and guess were shoe is assembled. PRC, CHINA. I bought these shoes as you said made in Austria.

It’s here at our production site that our wool is knitted, boiled and softened until reaching its final stage: fine, high-quality Giesswein materials. Our Merino Shoes are MADE IN AUSTRIA, and are assembled in Vietnam or China. Our unique Giesswein “3D Stretch Merino Wool” fabric, which is used in our Merino Shoes, is made in our textile production facility in Brixlegg, Tyrol, Austria. The shoes’ value and “soul” thus lies in Austria. The individual pieces—such as the sole, accessories and pieces of fabric—are then put together in Vietnam or China. The reason for this is because there are no European shoe manufacturers that have high enough production capabilities to meet the demand for our shoes. The size 42 Chamerau I ordered is at least one inch shorter or more, than my other size 42 Giesswein shoes. It fits like a 40. In the description we are told to order same size as our other shoes.

I have returned the item as you sent me child slippers for a disabled adult of 75! I hope you make your website clearer that these are only for children. I ordered a size 7 adult I thought and you said I ordered a child's slippers. I have returned them and look forward to my refund asap!!!
