“Unfortunately did not go well! I've just moved to the area and used the online ordering system. I arranged to collect from Derby branch but on arrival was told it had been put through to the Burton branch. Drives to Burton and having already allowed the 4 hr waiting time before collecting the order had not been processed. A long drawn out process followed before I was given a chitty to take to the wood store where my wood was eventually supplied.”

Unfortunately upon visiting our Derby branch there did not have the stock but our Burton branch where you had booked your order did have your items and supplied your requirements as requested. “Delivery of my order by DHL was due 24 March. As of today, 30 March, I have not yet received it. I have called DHL several times and they always promise delivery "tomorrow" but it never arrives. They say the order is too big for their van! This is most frustrating and will put me off from using Harlow again I suggest you find a different delivery company. DHL are hopeless. Tony Giles”

Good Morning Tony, How are you? Thank you for your comments. I have just conducted an investigation and your item delivery was attempted on schedule on the 27th March. The driver made the descision not to leave your order unattended and left you an 'sorry you were out' card for you to organise your redlivery as there was non one at home. Since this point there has been a issue in redilvering your order which we were made aware on yesterday evening the 30th March. I have personally taken ownership of this for you and your package is being delivered today. We appreciated your assistance in liaising with the courier to organise a redlivery in your absence it is hugely appreciated. “Wood was cut to size as per my email instructions. I am building a panelled.wall.with.shelf. 10cm strips of 9mm mr mdf easy website to use exfellent customer service will definately be usingbthem again. I started my painting decorating business this year and so pleased with the finished look as per photo below.”

“The products are good, but I phoned and explicitly asked for the delivery to be delayed from the Thursday to Friday. I was told this would not be a problem, but the delivery arrived on Thursday, when I wasn’t home, and caused massive inconvenience for my wife who wasn’t expecting it.”

“Firstly these are a first-class item compared to big-store equivalent trellis panels. Secondly, they are made of thicker heavier wood and they have more verticle slats as well which adds even more strength to them. Thirdly they are much cheaper even after adding delivery costs. You would be foolish not to buy your garden timber products here.”
