“After spending a week to try and sort out transferring my deposit to another booking, where I was transferred to numerous different departments each as useless as the other not willing to help, being promised call backs which never happened. I was lucky enough to speak to Lesley Ewing, who was able to do everything I had asked without a single problem. She went above and beyond especially when we kept losing connection. Thank you Lesley”

“Spoke to Adam who is a very nice chap. Sorted us a fantastic holiday out and we are very pleased. From first enquiring to booking we sadly lost my father in law. When I spoke to Adam and explained reason for our delay in booking he was very caring and understanding. An asset to your team .”
