“We have just received the best customer service I have ever had. Amber (Byrne) was excellent so professional in handling our holiday request. Nothing was a problem, questions answered if she couldn’t answer there and then she would go away and come back to us with the answers we wanted to hear !! We can’t thank Amber enough for making our holiday booking easy and stress free. We now look forward to our holiday knowing we’ve had the best service ever. Thank you Amber. x”

“Just arrived back after our 17day holiday booked with Iglu Cruise & I can say it was brilliant. Everything from the initial contact with Daniel to transportation, hotel accommodation & cruise was first class. Iglu took care of all our travel arrangement's… well done to the whole team…”

“When booking cruises I find it’s easier to use iglu rather than directly with the cruise line as if I have any queries I have tried in the past to sort these only to be talking to a machine when I want to discuss matters with an actual person. With Iglu there is no problem and so far customer service with Iglu has been great”

“Contacting Iglu was like a breath of fresh air! My agent (Lou) was very helpful and made the whole booking experience painless.. Also being able to contact the same agent again after I needed a couple of amendments was very easy. Being called back when they say they will was also great and something that is not common nowadays. Definitely recommend Iglu and would certainly use again.”
