“Having just booked a complicated holiday which involved hotel stays /train journeys/Cunard cruise/flights .I was very impressed by the cruise specialist Amber who was very professional,extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and spent time working through the itinerary to ensure everything was right and my questions answered Thank you”

“Gill was friendly and informative. Explained everything clearly. Competitive pricing. Used Iglu several times and they have always given good service, transfers and hotels used in ports have been good. Have recommended to friends and they hav3 used them as well”
