“Iglu cruises came up after an online search for a cruise in April 2025. Daisy emailed me with a reasonable price and then rang me up at a time that was convenient to me to discuss further. She was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions and gave me the best advice for a particular cruise. I felt very satisfied with the information provided by Daisy and decided to book with them.”

“Stuart is a great communicator with great listening skills and first hand experience of what he is providing for his customer. Nothing is to much trouble, searching for flights to suit our requirements from different airports. simply great service.”

“Booked Virgin cruise with Iglu as the package they were offering was far better value than booking direct with Virgin. Both Chris and Charlotte were so helpful, answering all my questions and amending the quote with our requests. Would definitely book through Iglu again and if cruising is your thing, give them a call ?”

“Our original booking was cancelled and bernadette went above and beyond to help us re-book and add an extra stop onto our holiday. It was no trouble to her, and she fully informed us of any extra costs that were .not included in the booking price. A huge thank you for all your hard work.”

“Excellent customer service by a call handler called Luke .He was more than helpful in assisting me to book a P&O late Christmas cruise. The price was better than booking direct with P&O, who incidentally you can never get through to on the phone when you have a query . Definitely use this company again.”
