“From completing the online request form, I had a call back from Jack ( agent ) within 30 mins. Jack gave me a quote straight away and booked a cabin. I am so excited to have booked one of my dream cruises .”

“This is the 2nd time in a year that I’ve booked with Iglu. Both times they were fantastic, first class service. They got back to me very quickly and a quote for the cruise was instant and they listened to what I wanted and delivered. Everything went smoothly and they are so helpful. The advice they gave saved me money and made the job of getting everything ready for the cruise line easy. I will continue to use them as there has been nothing to not like.”

“Great customer service so far, Naomi was very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Various itineraries were explored. We added an extra 8 nights in a hotel of our choice after a 9 night cruise so we could spend some time with family members in Sydney. We are looking forward to what we hope is a stress free trip/cruise down under.”
