“Mark, the call handler, was very patient as we have never cruised before and he answered all our questions. He regularly updated us about the booking and reminded us that we need visas and airport parking”

“I wish I hadn’t booked the first cruise for January because that came with inclusion on Igloo mailing list. As a result today I booked a second mini cruise to the Christmas markets- I just couldn’t miss out on a huge bargain. And it’s so easy to book on their web site that I completed it in under 5 minutes on my phone. RESULT!!”
