“Started off well, but gradually became very difficult. Email addresses not linked to the correct person so my daughter missed a lot of correspondence. No follow up to check if things were OK. Just left to our own devices. Sorry.”

“I am not very impressed. We have been on a few cruises with another company and never any issues . I have had at least 2 issues with ye. One bring you cancelled my booking . I had to rebook and it cost me more money and u was told I had 700 pounds paid if my balance Snd now my account which is due in august is not the correct amount and I have sent 2 emails and no one replied. Do maybe you can now”

“Dreadful way to speak and treat customers, especially from a “manager” I called to book another cruise I have now eliminated them from my group of travel agents for any future cruise. I did find a much better company who treat customers with respect and loyalty.”

“It was the most disorganized form I've had in all my years travel. I had to chase tickets several times up to the day of departure. Booking was mixed up as was the drinks package. I complained to igloo and they offered me a £50 voucher towards another cruise. I will not book anymore travel with igloo”

“Have used a few times now. Really happy with the service received from IGLU. Easy to book online and friendly and helpful on the phone. Quick to sort out any query or problem. Usually cheaper than booking directly with the cruise line and allow loyalty discounts to be used. Excellent.”
