“Helpful and friendly when booking. However found it difficult to contact anyone when nearer the cruise date and we couldn't access boarding passes. Kept on hold for so long then cut off and online chat not informative at all. I eventually made two separate phone calls to local Tui branches and got help and advice from them, even though booking was not made via them. Was a worrying few days.”

“I have used igluCruise for many years and have never had any problems with them, there staff are very helpful and give useful information when I have needed it. As with most firms nowadays everything is on the computer and I find it hard to keep up to date with things, but Iglu have helped by getting things printed out for me and sending them in the post.”
