I had booked cruises with Iglu in the past, every time was a pleasant experience. Last Monday 22/7/2024 morning, I rang and Ian who received my call was very helpful at the beginning. As usual, I’ve asked a few questions, and he answered swiftly. When I ask if he knows my room number, he said it’s a pot luck, however, in my previous Princess curise March 2024, the sales person was able to tell the details right away, not only information, he also found us 2 balcony rooms which were next door. To be honest, I understand that sometimes it wasn’t possible to locate which straight away, this is not an issue. My point is, immediately after I made my payment, Ian was rushing to hand up and finish. I felt a bit disappointed.

Just brilliant. The team and I have spoken to Sam on Southampton trips. Gamma and Glen who booked me again!! Returning customer and IGLU are superb.

Iglu hand crafted holidays invariably give exceptional value for money. Likewise they have the keenest prices for standard bookings and smooth straightforward booking process. The only downside is access to customer services if/when problems or questions arise, so overall an excellent experience is tempered by the risk of uncertainty/ delay when help is needed

First time I have used Iglu and will certainly not be the last. Danielle, my cruise consultant was amazing from start to finish. She expplianed everything in details and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond and I couldnt wait to pay her the deposit to secure the trip of a lifetime that we have booked. The admin side is also so clear and detailed with the portal.

Found the website difficult. Took a long time to work it out. In the end I think I understood it. Eventually I had to call and spoke to a very helpful young lady who sorted it all out. Don’t skimp on your human agents. They are worth their weight in gold.

Mike, from Customer Support, went above and beyond, to source an accessible balcony room, on my husband's, and my preferred cruise, which is a transfer cruise from one we'd booked for 2025 - and were no longer able to go on - to a new one for 2026. Even two years before we wanted to go onto this cruise, a no fly, from/to Southampton, there were no accessible: balcony, nor deluxe balcony, or even partial-adapted rooms available; looking was taking up Mike's valuable time. But, after speaking to P&O, for a second time, Mike managed to secure a fully accessible balcony room onboard, and it is for this reason, and aforementioned, that I hesitated not at all, to leave this 5* review. Both my husband, and myself, are so grateful for Mike's knowledge, help, time and perseverance. He's a credit to Iglu.
