Having never used Iglu before I was a little worried about not going direct, but a few days after booking our cruise I needed to change it, due to family circumstances! (Eek) - we'll I couldn't be more reassured. I found them very helpful, understanding & the response time was fast. We managed to change our booking swiftly & smoothly. Just hope the holiday is as great as Iglu has been so far. Thank you Terri 😊

It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for a representative to answer. I only stayed on because I wanted a upgrade, if not I would of hung up after 15 minutes. Due to this I may not use your services again.

Everything was great whilst I was looking into booking but now I’ve booked I cannot get any answer to a query regarding something that you’ve omitted to request from MSC, in my booking. I’ve tried leaving a voice message, called numerous times, web chat and email.

Spoke to a man yesterday about changing a booking we made on board a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was excellent...very patient and full of great advice on our choice of cabin and saving us money by actually not going for a Saver fare on P&O. Very good service indeed!!

Good price but I did have to point out that the price she quoted was higher than the new online price. I also felt a little ignored and hurried when I mentioned problems 3 out of 4 on the booking could have problems with mobility. I was just told well you can't go if you need help as no emergency chairs were left. Plus I couldn't take a wheelchair. I was trying to say I wouldn't need it around the ship but wanted it for when I got off the ship so I could see more of the sights. We booked anyway as we wanted this cruise.

Being interseted in the American Civil war and the TV series North and South, Charleston has been on my wish list for a long time. I booked a holiday to go in 2020 which was posponed twice because of covid, then cancelled while I was waiting for a quintuple heart bypass. On Sunday 30th June while looking through the Iglu website I discovered that they advertised a Princess cruise named American Heritage calling at Charleston. Bonus was that it was also calling at Yorktown, Virginia. Excitedly I phoned and spoke tp Daisy who proceded to book the cruise. I paid £700 deposit and was told that I would receive an email confirming the holiday which could take up to 72 hours to arrive. Having heard nothing by the Wesnesday I went to "my booking" and found it. To my horror although the map showed the places I had booked the itinerary didn't list Charleston or Yorktown. I went to the Princess website which confirmed the fact that the stops didn't exist. I immediately rang Iglu was unable to speak to Daisy but spoke to another lady who after speaking to a manager said I would have to speak to Daisy and she would ask her to get in touch. Heard nothing until the following Wednesday (10th July) when Daisy phoned and after my explaination said she would speak to her manager and ring me back. Heard nothing so tried several times to contact Daisy without success. Wanted to find an alternate cruise so on Saturady 20th looking through the website I found one and registered my interest. The following day Chris Walton rang me and I explained that I was waitiing for the transfer of the deposit before I could go ahead with the booking. He transferred me to Lesley in the Retention department who could foresee no problems with the transfer as it was wrongly advertised but that it would take 24 hours to sort out. It is now Thursday I have heard nothing and am very frustrated. After being 28 in the queue to speak to someone today I filled another contact sheet in but aren't hopeful of any response.

I gave Jamie my information for a future cruise but had to wait for Fred Olsen to open the next day. When I called back the next day he had already spoken to them and my booking was made. Jamie was pleasant and helpful. Thank you

Very professional who take time to ensure the cruise purchased is exactly what the customer wants by Building packages which cover all aspects of the trip. Staff always phone back when they say they will.
