“Iglu were fantastic from the quotes through to booking. The guy I spoke to when booking the cruise was so helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. We haven’t been on the cruise yet so the real proof is in the pudding but hopefully that’s goes as well as the initial consultation and booking process. So far so good, really good.”

“It’s almost impossible to talk to a human being to easily sort out any questions about your booking. They rely on an anti customer system and this can delay sorting out what would have been a simple problem but because of this, it’s become more difficult to resolve.”
