“Having used IGLU a number of times we were confident that we would secure a successful booking for a great cruise. We were trying a different cruise line and needed to know if they would be suitable for us. We supplied a number of questions and the responses were extremely helpful and encouraging. We felt very happy when booking the cruise.”

“Very nice people, and spoke to 3 different people, which although disjointed worked OK. No one I spoke to though had first hand knowledge of my cruise or the company Ceylestal which was surprising and a bit disappointing. Overall a great deal though but remember prices are live. Mine went up during the booking process. Lastly be aware although I paid the full amount up front your air tickets not live until nearer the trip, so you can't book seats, which again is frustrating. The agent didn't know how much it would be extra to book seats which again not impressive. EUROS 84 EACH I FOUND OUT WITH QATAR!”

“First time booking with Iglu cruise. Service provided by your agent Claire was absolutely excellent. Helped with every aspect of the booking including arranging additional nights for our hotel stays / changing of flight times / room upgraded and advice. Hopefully the vacation will be equally as good Thank you for making the process smooth and keeping me informed at every stage Karen- Norfolk”

“The dealing with Geoff Grant was very good but when you asked me to phone you I did 8 times and was immediately met with music. It was very frustrating and left me wondering whether we should continue. Also when you said you would ring you did not”
