“Very good service from the majority of the customer service agents. Very helpful and willing to help with the many questions we had about NZ and Australia(as this is the biggest ever holiday for us). Just one person was extremely unhelpful but the 3 ladies were brilliant and extremely patient!”

“Not needing very much help and wanting to see full availability on line from various cruise companies. Iglu was a good source of information, easy to navigate and in the end the price was better than booking direct. This is my second time using Iglu and am very happy.”

“I called Iglu at 10 past 6 in the evening and by 6.50 I had booked my cruise and paid for it such a helpful person on the phone answered all my questions and sorted what I was looking for . Would highly recommend Iglu for cruises”

“We're quite new to cruising - just booking our 4th now. Iglu have always been so helpful, offering good discounts for online booking - often better than the companies own discounts. Even when they accidentally took full payment from our credit card for our next cruise, once alerted to the mistake it was rectified within a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Iglu to anyone looking to book a cruise.”

“Our initial contact to change cruise after Celebrity had cancelled our sailing was poor as agent didn't really know what was going on and slightly defensive(even though we had been contacted by Celebrity explaining our protected price and onboard credit apology)Once everybody was on the same page our new agent Terri was extremely helpful and quickly sorted out our new booking to our satisfaction especially in sorting out extra pre cruise nights in Singapore.”
