“Although my experience wasn't the best with your customer services team, after Jasmine took over the request/query everything was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Jasmine has gone above and beyond sorting things out for us and she is a credit to Iglu. Some of your other members of staff clearly need to go on more customer services training immediately.”

“With a large number of Cruises booked and paid for via Iglu in the past years, l must admit l was reluctant to book again with Iglu. With all the good will like a box of Wine, and addition OBS etc. now being stopped? So we have decided to try again in the hope we have many more years of success booked cruises. In the hope Iglu will again respect its loyal long term customers, which had give a large number of new recommended cruisers to Iglu as well. I will also advise this is our first of 3 Cruise we have booked to go on in the coming year, which Iglu had of lost of 9 cruise since its lack/lost of customer care treatment we received as your records as customer will show.”

“Iglu Cruises are absolutely brilliant! The website is easy to use and if you've got any questions, someone will phone you to answer your queries, without pushing you to book anything. I spoke to Laura this time and she was fab! She was bubbly and bright and answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and then chose the best cabin she could for me! I've used Iglu cruises twice now and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Iglu. 🤗🌟”

“Great to see price but when I booked the price cane back over £120 more. I shoukd have paid the price as was advertised. I shoukd gave gone straight to pand o and done a price match immediately. I won't be using iglu again and now not likely to recommend them which I have done for years a very disappointed customer”
