“Scammers. Said I was given the HAL have It all package and it is advertised. Just over 2 weeks to sail to be told I haven’t booked it. Even though on checking my booking regularly it showed as being booked. It has now been removed.”

“Sometimes difficult to get the phone answered. Apart from that good to very good service. Although if I want a specific cabin I do have to check availability on cruise site first as you do not make it easy to find specific cabin numbers”

“The cruise consultant would dealt with the original booking was fine. However, this is a tailor made holiday. We wanted to change duration prior to start of cruise. Also to change standard of hotel in Singapore at the end. This became a major task! Sitting in endless queues starting in queue position 58 !!! This is not the way you should treat booked clients. Improvement is required.”

“The booking went smooth, no issues, then we noticed a small change to the terms and conditions that the cruise company had different to Iglu, however Iglu helped and changed our baggage allowance with no fuss, thanks, cruise was great, would definately book again through Iglu”

“I want to have all information sent to me ( luggage lables boarding ship and anything I need but it seems I have to do that my self not happy. We have been with you before and we had excellent service”

“We have regularly booked all our cruises through Iglu and find them to be super efficient, extremely knowledgable and very friendly. Whenever we have needed help and advice the Customer Relations team have been most excellent and professional always responding right away. We will certainly continue in future to keep booking our cruises with Iglu”
