“Great to speak with someone directly!!! Our agent, Derek, made the whole booking process very simple and straightforward. “The company is doing well because they have assistants who can be understood, pricing seems to be compatible with other companies, I’ve always booked with iglu, always good except last year when I had to cancel my holiday and lost my deposit, I feel I should have been given the choice of what to do with my deposit which I lost, [£200] other wise good.”
