“Jamaal was extremely helpful, looked into our booking history to see if we could have an equivalent cabin, answered any questions I had, and explained the benefits available clearly. I felt very confident dealing with Jamaal and was delighted to have booked a cruise again with Iglu”

“Our travel agent Daniel was very knowledgeable about our cruise holiday. He guided us through everything we needed to know and do. As this is our first cruise it was lovely to be able to ask as many questions as we liked and given great advice.”
