“The Rep was extremely helpful in helping us book a cruise From the different cruise lines to booking the right cabin for us in the best possible position for us on the ship, also getting us the best deal .They explained the process of what ,where and how thing would happen and to get in touch with them for any queries. This is the first time we have used this agency and so far I would Definitely use them again.”

“When we experienced problems paying to book over the internet we rang the number shown and received outstanding help from Lisa. She was patient, very clear with explanations, very helpful when required. Excellent service. This was our first time of booking with Iglu but we will use them again.”

“Booking with Iglu was a breeze, from start to finish. I dealt with Dom Crockatt who was absolutely fab and very patient with all my questions as a first time cruiser. He was also able to find me a fantastic deal for the cruise and it all went smooth. I will definitely be booking via Dom and Iglu in the future!”

“Phoned Iglu rather than email to find out flight details for a fly cruise, answered straight away. Given a price for an alternative airport. Arranged with Kash for a follow up call the next day, he rang me on the dot, and I booked the cruise. Excellent service.”
