“I had the unenviable task of organizing a cruise for 4 couples, 3 of whom had not cruised before. I got a quote from iglu/ planet cruise and was waiting for the go ahead from all parties. Phoned and Katherine was able to process the booking and get the best possible deal. She was very pleasant , efficient and knowledgeable of the cruise booked. A very stress free process but helped by having all the passenger information written down and available .”

“We decided to speak directly to an agent to discuss our next cruise as opposed to booking online due to some questions we had. The overall experience was superb and the amazing agent was so helpful and answered all our questions and obtained the best deal for us. “The agent I dealt with was called Jacob Harris. He made the whole process smooth and easy for me from consultation through to booking. This was despite us being quite complicated with a future cruise credit and military benefits to add on. He helped select the best room for us explaining his thoughts throughout. A really great service and I would recommend Iglu to friends based on my experience.”
