“Sarah has been amazing. She went above and beyond to find us a good deal. I normally book our holidays with Iglu Cruises, but I was hesitant to book again after a bad experience. Sarah has certainly changed my mind and we will continue to use this company.”

“Trying to book on-line was seemingly straightforward but not so when some information did not tally with the 'front page' summary. Therefore, telephoned and the booking process was then very easy when speaking with an agent (John).”

“Having seen Iglu offers via The Sun I decided to get a quote online. Deborah phoned me very quick to check my requirements. I then checked with my family whom we are travelling with and wanted a different category I contacted Deborah the next day and she managed to book exactly what we required. Thank you Deborah.”

“I was looking to make a booking for 11 passengers on P&O - which would require 1 cabin for 3 people. Another company told me that 3 berth cabins were now unavailable and that we'd need a single occupancy cabin or find another passenger to share another double cabin. However, Iglu cruise had a very 'can do' attitude and went the extra mile to go to P&O to persuaded them to provide us a 3 berth cabin. Well done Ash - you did a great job.”
