“My husband spoke to Helen at Iglu about a cruise we were interested in. Not only did she fully and clearly answer all his questions, but within the hour had confirmed everything by email and gave us an excellent price quote. We booked this afternoon. Brilliant service!”

“Jamie was very professional in dealing with my booking. He listened carefully to my requirements and politely guided me through the information he required to complete my booking. He fully explained what I needed to do and what information I would receive following this phone call. He agreed to phone me the next morning at 9 am,which he did, as I said I needed to check certain information. He put me at my ease. Well done Jamie, I will book through you again in the future.”
