“Charlotte was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone and made the booking process very straightforward even though we were looking to book 3 separate staterooms on the same deck but with individual requirements. She costed up various options for us including location and was able to meet our exacting requests. She also carefully checked our names, dates of birth and any specific requirements as she progressed the booking for us. We were highly satisfied with her performance and this was a good example of excellent customer service.”

“So efficient. Call back was on time and such a lovely person. Grace knew what I wanted and managed to get us a very good deal on our cruise with Fred Olsen. A real delight to talk to someone who knows her job so well.”

“Despite being like ships in the night (pun very much intended!), Verity was incredibly helpful getting our booking completed for our next cruise. No problems, great pricing and easy booking - would definitely recommend using IGLU as it has so far been seamless and removed a lot of the hassle of booking directly which is what I've done in the past.”

“Iglu handled our holiday booking efficiently and were very friendly in doing so, talking us through all the options available.
