“Having had a cruise cancelled by a cruise company, my balance was transferred to a new booking with another company without me having to wait. Cost me a lot more money but a better cruise I think. Everything was explained and dealt with efficiently after a bit of a wait as the cancellations affected thousands of people.”

“Have always booked with cruise lines direct - but igloo were offering a brilliant deal. The phone was answered straight away and Kash guided me through the booking so well. Very pleased with flights, hotel accommodation and the cruise- he was very knowledgeable and efficient. A very pleasant experience, can highly recommend.”
