“Personal touch. Human contact and dialogue in the King's English when phone calls are necessary. This makes all the difference and encourages me to come back to Iglu time and time again. Definitely 5*”

“We have just received the best customer service I have ever had. Amber (Byrne) was excellent so professional in handling our holiday request. Nothing was a problem, questions answered if she couldn’t answer there and then she would go away and come back to us with the answers we wanted to hear !! We can’t thank Amber enough for making our holiday booking easy and stress free. We now look forward to our holiday knowing we’ve had the best service ever. Thank you Amber. x”
