“Sue Thomas provided us excellent service. Much time was spent, tailoring the Silverseas cruise booking to our demanding requirements. Sue will the number 1 person on our list for future cruise enquiries, although we must say that the service received with Iglu 12 months ago was equally as goo with Helen.”

“This is the second cruise we’ve booked with IgluCruise, their prices tend to be the best value. The 2 consultants I have spoken to have been lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that I feel let’s this company down is their “My Booking” site as it’s not that easy to navigate and paying a balance on a credit card seems to cause it an issue. I have felt a bit “once you’ve booked you’re on your own” but you do have a direct line to the consultant you’ve booked with, I’ve only used this once and I was called back.”

“Excellent from James Williamson at iglucruise I had a free casino cruise voucher and next cruise voucher to book for Royal Caribbean but needed to be done through original agent. James went out of his way to ring RC to find out how to do it booked it kept me informed throughout this was a cruise that they weren’t going to earn out of ( or very little ) but yet was treated with greatest respect highly recommend and will use for all my other bookings”

“Had three different quotes and Iglu were the cheapest. Chloe the agent I spoke with, was absolutely brilliant. She put a detailed quote together and emailed it to me as we were talking. When I called back later that evening to book the cruise, after getting all three quotes, Chloe's extension number was busy. I left her a short message and she called me straight back as soon as she was free. It took a while to go through all four passengers details, but Chloe was extremely patient and double checked every detail and spelling at every step. All round excellent experience from start to finish.”
