“It's very easy to book a cruise online but I had a discount code emailed to me which when I finally worked out where to add it was less discount than on the website so was charging me more. I couldn't then remove the code so had to close the booking I was making and start again without the "special" code which was going to cost me more. 31/10/24 Thank you, an agent has been in touch and amended our booking with the discount received on our welcome home email”

“I have been looking for a cruise for 2026 for a couple of three weeks now. I have already booked with igloo for next year for a cruise. After doing a bit of research on the ship, I went through online to book. kaitlin had already contacted me with regards another cruise and gave me information that was most helpful. Today she contact me again through email. I phoned her with regards to the cruise I had decided on and she very kindly helped me in choosing my cabin which I wanted near a lift. I have now booked with her exceptional help, Thoughtfulness and patience.Kaitlin,also being very polite and genuinely friendly. It would be so nice if more people could be like her!!! So a big thank you to Kaitlin and hope igloo recognise her customer services”

“As a regular cruiser and someone who tends to stick to P and O I always find with Iglu any deal offered by P and O is matched and usually a couple of hundred pounds cheaper for the same holiday so I always tend to use iglu now”
