“We have booked a 7 nights (departure at 01/11/2024) Northern Europe cruises from MSC Cruises. Luke Morgan was very helpful and he understood our needs as we would travel with my elderly mother. Even though this was a late booking, he was able to find two cabins next to each other for us. We are very happy about it. We will use LgluCruise again.”

“I got a quote on line but was not sure how to apply the voucher code I received for signing up to Iglu’s emails. The person I spoke to (Katie?) was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. My cruise was finalised very quickly with the extra discount applied. Within seconds I received a confirmation email. From start to finish Iglu were very competent and a pleaure to deal with.”

“Jamie was very professional in dealing with my booking. He listened carefully to my requirements and politely guided me through the information he required to complete my booking. He fully explained what I needed to do and what information I would receive following this phone call. He agreed to phone me the next morning at 9 am,which he did, as I said I needed to check certain information. He put me at my ease. Well done Jamie, I will book through you again in the future.”
