“I had asked for a number of different quotes, as we couldn't decide where to go. Each time Jamie sent them through virtually straight away. I wasnt hounded by the hard sell phone calls, which was a massive bonus for me as I hate getting pressured into making my mind up. Which I eventually did, that's when I finally spoke to Jamie, who was really nice and helpful and went through our chosen holiday with me and booked it. Thankyou Jamie, we are really looking forward to our cruise next June, and will definitely use IGLU again in the future.”

“We have booked all our cruises (6 in total) with Iglu and keep coming back. The most recent booking was with Laura Lamb who was excellent with us. She was patient and informative answering all our queries and giving us options based on what we were looking for. The prices with Iglu are very competitive compared to traditional travel agents and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“I have used Iglu previously to book a cruise and once again the whole process of making my booking was very easy. I did have trouble with my payment but that was quickly sorted out by Alex, who then helped me to complete the booking over the telephone very easily.”
