“On the deal we requested, Iglu came together with a good, well packaged fly-cruise combining MSC and EasyJet flights cheaper than we'd have got doing them separately. The agent was friendly, helpful and got everything done for us quickly. Can't fault.”

“I have booked many cruises with Iglu and Planet cruise, this time the cruise advisor was Emily Storey, she was absolutely the best so very helpful. I will always use this company ( although I do look around and check other companies) they have such a wide choice of cruises with cruise and stay and they are very flexible, for example if you want to add on days etc.”

“We had to change our cruise to a different date, we chose a completely different cruise earlier in the year and Jess handled it with ease even though is was pretty complicated, well done Jess. We have used Iglu for the last 15 years and 6 cruises, and found them to be exactly as a travel agent should be, professional and easy to deal with.”

“I requested a callback for 10am and received a call from Charlotte at Iglu bang on time. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and talked me through my options of flight times, even looking up the cost of an early morning independent train journey to Heathrow. I wanted to change my post cruise trip flight home day and this was easily sorted. A quick telephone call answered by Kay on a query was also clarified quickly. We are happy in the knowledge that our flights, overseas transfers, hotel and cruise package are all sorted and are now looking forward to our trip.”

“We have booked a 7 nights (departure at 01/11/2024) Northern Europe cruises from MSC Cruises. Luke Morgan was very helpful and he understood our needs as we would travel with my elderly mother. Even though this was a late booking, he was able to find two cabins next to each other for us. We are very happy about it. We will use LgluCruise again.”

“Dealing with Iglu and in particular Charlotte ws very easy. This why I have booked multiple cruises using them. There is never any pressure to buy, they help find the best deals and they priced a full package cruise with flights for £200; cheaper than the cruise company quoted. I would highly recommend using them.”
