“Sue Thomas provided us excellent service. Much time was spent, tailoring the Silverseas cruise booking to our demanding requirements. Sue will the number 1 person on our list for future cruise enquiries, although we must say that the service received with Iglu 12 months ago was equally as goo with Helen.”

“Cruise company cancelled my cruise at short notice. Agent understood my issue and dealt with it effectively and efficiently. Booked an alternative cruise which suited my requirements. Relieved a stressful situation in a professional manner. Good to have a pleasant and professional person to deal with, rather than, a chatbot or AI computer.”
