Ilmy tenancy agreement is 3 years was mislead that it was the best for me another person, however going 8 months the other person breaches on top of breaches the tenancy was told to get along by Devonte and if I try to cancel the tenancy I would me paying alot of money for penalties, and landlord fee, why the breaches still cont'd.

Absolutely appalling service. Lazy to inform tenants and they had the nerve to tell me that they only work for the landlord. Excuse me you are getting money from me last time I checked. Also the landlord they are representing is a fraud ashe asked for money I don't owe him TWO months after I left the property. Unbelievable.

Although their sales sites is full of 5 star reviews, reality is very different. Clearly they mix the two for a better average- cynical ploy! Our estate managers are often ‘on annual leave’ or ‘on site’ visits. Responses are therefore slow in coming if at all. Am owner/occupier of long-standing. Promise much-deliver little- charge extortionate service charges.

Front office rental agents - 9/10 Property management team - 1/10 Renewals team - 1/10 Management -1/10 Great for international landlords who want to maximise the return from tenants, but terrible for tenants who need KFH’s assistance to get anything resolved. The industry needs to be better regulated and property management teams need to understand their responsibilities and show more urgency.

West Hampstead branch Please be careful when using this company. They seemingly work on behalf of faceless companies that seem capable of taking your property without the legal right to do so. This company seems to use very questionable methods and tactics in order to gain unlawful entry to your property therefore breaking and entering seemingly without the correct or in fact any legal court paperwork in order for them to do so. They then seemingly dispose and destroy your property and make you homeless. I was paying my mortgage monthly in full when this occurred to me. If you have also been a victim of this seemingly unlawful process and you think your property has been repossessed get legal advice as this may be a scam and they may not have the legal right to do so. This is a disgusting and unethical way to do business and they seem to do the dirty work of other companies. Please be aware as i would not want anyone to face what i have

Used KFH to let and manage our property and the service was atrocious. We selected KFH as we had bought our current property from them, and it was well managed; lettings is a very different story. There were issues needing to be dealt with urgently and they simply did not respond to emails or calls from the tenants. They also never told us, as landlords, what was going on (likely so they could blame us for the delays). In the end, the tenants found our contact details and reached out directly to get our help. After dealing with most issues ourselves, we cancelled the "management" service. The contractors KFH used were overpriced and not very good. We are still dealing with issues caused by poor works performed by their contractors, some of which have been major. Avoid at all costs.

Do not respond to urgent issues, such as water leaks, getting up to date keys from tenants when locks are changed over weekend from faulty locks, so then have no access to your property ! Failing that theyvlose keys anyway. They only use block management companies that are rated as low as them, let them charge £85 and £95 for a quote for ANYTHING so you cannot get 3 quotes, too expensive. Those block mgmt companies are 'fat cats' who do unnecessary works, poor standard and for twice as much as you would get it for. When you have to find your own tradesman then they do not help,they just give the trades people your tenants phone number, never you, to sort it out themselves. They refuse to change contractors even though they know they are awful. Ratings of 1.4 on average, same as KFH! Major works not checked by KFH. They give misleading advice about legal requirements, over charge if you are not on the ball. Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Now going to get rid of them! From one landlord to another, do not go anywhere near them!

We are now in the 2nd week of having no heating and no hot water, I messaged you all when this first happened and KFH was adamant this wasn't their issue, I had multiple different engineers visiting my home as KFH and the concierge informed me(for over a week) the issue was in my home. Now in the 2nd week KFH have decided you are responsible for the break down of the issue in the plant room, for three days I have been contacting concierge for an update to when KFH will fix this issue and all his saying, he's waiting for an email, This is the 3/4th time I've reached out to KFH and no one had reached out to me, I have mentioned to you, I'm disabled and incontinent and not being able to keep myself clean for nearly two weeks, is unforgiveable on your part. KFH have no compassion and don't care about individuals and there living conditions.

Connor Marney and Angelo Mulholland are dishonest and useless. They are as likely to get lost in your neighbours bins as they are to actually sell your property. Connor has all the unfounded confidence of a brexiteer living in Spain. They are as considerate and welcome as a fart in a lift. I don't think the issue is that they didnt finish school, I think they never comprehended the push/pull sign on the entry door to even start it.

Although We have had good experiences with the team we dealt with when we needed to rent a house, we are having serious issues with the team that manages the house we are in in behalf of our landlords. There have been problems that were supposed to be sorted even before us moving in but nothing has been done so far and a year has nearly passed. They are not responsive at all, they will never call you back unless you chase them constantly and I keep having different people asking me what the problem is (it seems there is a high turnover of people and apparently the new person that joins does not get all the information needed to sort those issues) and we have just been left with some serious issues although we do pay our rent on time every month. So if you rent a house through them (Wimbledon) I would really avoid any house that is managed by them because you might find yourself in a very stressful situation!

Worst ever experiences with KFH block management, people there are tricky, lazy and hostile/unfriendly to leaseholders/homeowners. They play the things to the most nasty level to you whilst living on lucrative service charges you are paying. Please try avoid any property managed by KFH if you ever want to lead a normal life

on average 2 weeks to a month to respond to issues with a property. 6 months into a tenancy with them i've yet to have any repairs done on the property. Would never use them again.

Where do I start … it went wrong from the very beginning, I guess. I asked for my landlord’s contact details before we moved in to our flat but was ignored. We moved in on Xmas eve and realised on Xmas day that the shower was not working. KFH of course had already closed for the holidays and left us with no way of contacting neither them nor the landlord meaning that we had to live without any hot water until January. Brrr. Did we get an apology when they finally got back from the holidays? Nope. It’s not improved since then. When it was time to negotiate a renewal, they gave us wrong legal advice, ignored us for 10 weeks, sent rather misleading emails (that looked like they tried to make us pay extra fees) and then called me a time-waster and threatened us with eviction … five-star service, guys. Well done.

Confusion- they seem to get 5 star from those buying a property but 1 star from those living in their ‘managed’ estates. How come? As owner/occupier on one of their ‘managed’ estates have experienced only negative impressions. Not that any of the other contenders for ‘property management’ have served any better after bitter experience.

KFH management company is the worse company in the UK! When the owner apply for the renovation, they will force you to pay a huge amount to employ their surveyor to approve you can do the renovate!! And then they will force you to employ their solicitor which is non reasonable high charges, otherwise don’t think you can start your renovation!!

useless, they filled out my lease extension form wrong, now land registry will not accept the form , been going on for over a year, and getting nowhere fast with kfh, juniors in office havent a clue, then they leave the company and have to try and find someone else to deal with it, will complain to directors, utter disgrace . they like taking your money for service charge etc, but when i need something from them...silence !

Terrible service and lazy staff ! 这公司是管理我们这栋公寓的。 今天 sky tv 人员来帮我们家连接网路和电视。 他要我给这栋公寓的管理打电话询问安装网络和电视的链接在这栋公寓的那个位置! 我就打了电话给管理经理半小时也没人接电话,然后就打给去助理Helen King 。助理接了电话我就告诉她我要询问什么,然后她就很不耐烦的说她不知道,要把我链接给经理,就把电话挂了! 然后我再打电话去,助理再接电话说让她经理打会电话给我,我话还没说完她就把电话挂了! 服务态度非常差! 千万别用这家公司! Very bad service managing agent ! Do not use this company !
