“I think they become a little pricey, but no more so than the other pharmacies, though I did use them because they were cheaper than the other pharmacies and overtime they become the same pricing as far as the service some minor things need to be fixed, but all in all the service is pretty good”

“Your packaging is now different, it is in paper which is great for recycling but BAD for the angry postman who stomped on it. When it arrived it looked like it had gone through the mill. If you are continuing to use the paper bags, I would suggest having sturdier material around the heartworm box which is inside the envelope. No one likes a crunched product.”

The shipment I just received said it wasn't shipping out until next week, but I received it last week, so I didn't have time to make any changes.”

“I started out being very pleased and impressed with your services. My opinion changed when I signed up for the automatic refill. I needed to call to communicate directly. After doing so I immediately got an automaice email that was opposite of what was just agreed on the phone. I've tried to delay shipment because you fill AND BILL too soon. This is a common problem with automatic refill but I was disappointed to experience with you. For the most part I am satisfied and don't plan on changing but there are some communication improvents that could be made.”
