“It is nicely packaged, cheaper than my previous vet pharmacy, however there is no way to change the autoship online. And the details are a bit frustrating. The shipment I just received said it wasn't shipping out until next week, but I received it last week, so I didn't have time to make any changes.”
“Aside from the delivery, the customer service was great. My original order was lost in shipping and Koala sent a replacement however I did have to make two calls for that to happen.”
“I started out being very pleased and impressed with your services. My opinion changed when I signed up for the automatic refill. I needed to call to communicate directly. After doing so I immediately got an automaice email that was opposite of what was just agreed on the phone. I've tried to delay shipment because you fill AND BILL too soon. This is a common problem with automatic refill but I was disappointed to experience with you. For the most part I am satisfied and don't plan on changing but there are some communication improvents that could be made.”
“My only complaint about Koala is the package I receive has a lot of waste. Please ask client if they want the dog kerchief. To me it's just waste that ends up in the landfill. Also, no need to put the paper receipt inside a shiny cardboard sleeve. Just more waste. Thank you.”

“The pricing is amazing. I get an entire month of my 2 pets medications for a total of $4 compared to what I would get it at my primary vet or online pharmacy. The shipping at first was a little confusing, as it took a while for my pets medication to ship out, but once we were on auto ship, it usually gets delivered within a couple days. Customer service has been great whenever I've needed to change my ship date or had any questions!”
“Service and delivery is usually good. On my last delivery, they did not include the usual toy which I've come to expect. Just another pharmacy delivery store like the rest. My package was not personalized for my dog like it usually is.”
“I sent you email recently, cause you contacted my vet to get a new Rx just a day or two before my appt, then mailed me two additional bottles. Buddy had mild calcium deposits on his eyes as a result of using those drops once per day. Now he wants us to only use one drop in both eyes three days per week, along with an otc drop similar to Alaway twice per day - every day. I asked that you cancel future deliveries until I am running low, which will be awhile. I have a follow up appt in 2 months and asked if I could still return the new drops if vet tells me that it is no longer needed after that visit. I have not received a reply.”
“Actually the customer service at Koala is very good. However, the cost of Penny's pet medication at Koala seems very costly, especially since this is required daily. Is there a less costly generic available for her.”
“I received my order and the prices were good. I had asked that my shipment wait a week since I was going to be out of town. I was assured it would ship the day I got back. However, it arrived while I was away. Fortunately, it was still there when I returned.”
“The platform was easy to use, the product arrived on time and undamaged. The bandana was cute but too small for our brute. There was a lot of marketing materials and a larger cardboard box. I felt the packaging and marketing materials were not environmentally responsible.”
