“I was enjoying it until this month. I was sent a email stating that his needs were out of stock and world I accept a substitute. I said yes but they never sent it, so he ran out of his meds. For a service that is monthly, I rely on timely shipments to keep my cat up to date on his meds.”

“I was pleased with very thing, especially the promotional price, but the time it took to receive the product was too long but I realize that that was probably to do with either FedEx or UPS and not Koala, otherwise much better service than other online pet pharmacies.”
“The only reason I didn't give a 5 star reading is the amount of packaging used in shipping was super excessive. It was very pretty and decorative but there was a whole lot of unnecessary waste used.
Otherwise everything else was great, customer service, price and getting it here quickly. Thank you!”
“First time using and the initial discount is attractive. The time between ordering and delivery seemed long (Ordered Dec 2nd - Delivered Dec 16th). Also would of ordered Flea & Tick but it was out of stock.”
“So I'm not sure what happened but it took a month to get my meds, could have been my vets fault, however I've never had this problem with taking forever before. Of course I was using other providers for shipping. I won't name any here.
I have to say as soon as I got on the horn and called Koala the girl expedited my meds very quickly, not sure here name but she was great!
Only suggestion is to be more timely as some pets rely on these meds for survival and running out it detrimental.”

“I waiting over a week for my perceptions to ship. This was not the lead time advertised on the website, and I had to call twice to checkin on the package. After the second call, the employee kindly had the warehouse prioritize my order and it shipped right away. Without that prioritization who knows how long it would have taken to ship! I also left a voicemail, which was never returned. The employee mentioned they were too busy with phone calls to return voicemails and were really behind on getting packages out. Your employees are very kind, but you need more of them! Especially if you cannot reach the advertised lead times for medication!”
