“Overall it was a good experience with Koala Health. My vet was a bit slow in responding so the medicine was delayed but once it was shipped, the tracking allowed me to accurately know the arrival. Great price and excellent customer care. I hope refills are as smooth as the initial order!”
“Add a way to manage my automatic deliveries so that I could change what is being ordered, delivery dates and quantities. Chewy let's you do this with their auto ship and it is very convenient.”

“Being that this is my first order, it’s kind of hard to give a review just yet. We did receive our order Friday and everything looks good so far. The only thing I would suggest is that you notify people if you out of an item and then order might take longer than expected.”
“I just placed my first order with Koala. I was surprised it took so long to get my order filled. I placed the order on Tuesday morning and by Thursday was told they were just contacting the vet. My vet responded Friday morning but I was told it was too late to be shipped Friday, so it shipped out on Monday. Seemed like a long time for them to wait to contact my vet.
Also, I learned after calling in that Koala's software was not accurate in showing the stages the order was in. (Received, being filled, shipped, and delivered.) The customer service rep I spoke to on Friday said they had notified IT that these fields were not being populated in real time and didn't show any changes until order had finally delivered. If Koala is going to show these fields to the customer for tracking purposes, then it would be nice if their IT could fix them to be accurate in real time.”
