“Took awhile for the vet approval to go through, but shipping was super fast and price with discount was good. Without discount it seems comparable to other services”
“Many things worked well: price, quality, email replies, having the right medications, friendliness. One things was worrisome: Koala held the shipment until both were in hand (save money?) even though the one that was needed (Proin) was delayed so it arrived after the last pills were used. We made it, but it was close. You mailed on Thursday/Friday, and it arrived late Wednesday. If the package had been put into the USPS system on Thursday (not just an internal Koala Outbox), it would have arrived Monday or Tuesday.”

“First time ordering. Took 10 days from order to delivery. Guess if I need something in a hurry will have to go local and pay the extra. Other then that the cost was phenomenal. So worth the wait! Nice packaging and a personal note which was sweet plus the adorable neck hankie... :) Curious about the paper packaging... hoping recycled!”
“Services are very convenient. My only issue is I hadn't heard anything and my order wasn't updated online after a week of placing it. I contacted customer service and they responded they had a question about my order. Why did it take a week and me reaching out for this question to be asked? It was after I answered the question and told them I needed my dog's meds ASAP that they 'rushed' the order and was able to ship it a few days later. I would hope in the future if there are any questions that the owner would be contacted within a few days of placing the order.”
“I love that i can get my prescriptions cheaper than at the vet. I just wish my vet could fax them or that Koala could accept electronic prescriptions. So far so good. Got a message with tracking and even got a cute bandana.”
