“I placed an order in time for it to be filled well before our dog's prescription would run out. Unfortunately, it took far longer than estimated for Koala to fill. Two phone calls to Koala and our vet coupled with a call from our vet to Koala was needed to get the prescription filled. Koala placed the meds on an "urgent fill order" and we received the meds one day before we were out. The packaging was very nice and we hope the meds will now begin to arrive monthly in a timely fashion.”
“Overall my experience was good. My only complaint is that it took a little longer than I would like to get the order filled. The order was placed on 3/6, and I received it on 3/23. That could have been, in part, waiting for a response from the vet, in which case some communication of that would have been nice. You did get back to me right away when I inquired about the status, and the package was sent priority mail.
The kerchief and medication information were both a nice touch, and the packaging was well done.”

Did a backup order a week ago with Chewy.com since no movement on this order in a week and both orders arrived same day. Communication would be key for me... submitted request to vet in x day and haven't heard back... something where I can help push it along would be helpful.”

“Many things worked well: price, quality, email replies, having the right medications, friendliness. One things was worrisome: Koala held the shipment until both were in hand (save money?) even though the one that was needed (Proin) was delayed so it arrived after the last pills were used. We made it, but it was close. You mailed on Thursday/Friday, and it arrived late Wednesday. If the package had been put into the USPS system on Thursday (not just an internal Koala Outbox), it would have arrived Monday or Tuesday.”
