“The only reason I give 4/5 stars is the same thing I’ve said many times. I love this service. The customer service is fabulous and the price is great. BUT…I just hate the packaging. It is such a big box with lots of packaging for one bottle of pills. It’s just such a waste, even though I do recycle it all.”
“Very good service and prices so much better! However if I ask for more pills, I would expect more. Reason being if shipment comes a day or three later I have a few pills to carry me over. My first shipment came a bit later than expected because of the holiday weekend!”
“There was a little glitch, as I apparently tried to purchase the wrong amount of pills (the vet told me we could start by giving them daily, then spread it out to every other day). I was not aware there was an issue, until I reached out to the company. That got squared away, but I wish someone had reached out to me immediately when they noticed an issue. Once things were squared away w/ the vet and correct dosage, the pills were sent in a timely fashion. Can't beat the price. I would recommend and will use again.”

“Well, I love the swag!! The problem my Mom encountered was a charge to her credit card which lead me to believe my Kappra (I'm an Aussie can you tell?) was on its way to me. As it turns out my Mom had a surprise and the charge was reversed so she called Koala. Well, the VCA Neurologist hadn't not given the rx the okay for Koala to fill the medication. My Mom made multiple calls to Koala and the neurologist. I don't think my Mom is unsettled easily so I think my dx must be kind of a big thing. “I loved the discount I received on my order & I loved the packaging and the sweet bandana for Bruno. I did not like the slow responses to my emails or not letting me know that you were waiting on another copy of his prescription and wouldn’t accept the one I sent in the mean time that showed it was from Bruno’s vet. It was on your paperwork with your name on it & you didn’t send that to me so I couldnt have filled it out ? The delay was very stressful due to the medication being heart medicine …”
“Took longer than expected. Koala said it was the delayed response from vet, but when they shipped it got to me 3 days earlier than expected. Fancy, attractive packaging. I'm new so I'll see how my monthly refills go.”
“I loved the fact that syringes were included with the Adequan shots. However, it took about 10 days for the prescription to be approved by the doctor's office. I had to call the doctor's office to approve the prescription. It would have been great if Koala would have followed up with the doctor's office or asked me to follow up with them.”

An email alerting me to the difficulty with the vet would be very helpful. Packaging, price and delivery all were perfect.”
