“It was a good experience. I really loved the box with the bandana. I had to call twice to check on my order and they said the vet hadn't sent the paperwork but the vet said they didnt receive the RX request when you said you sent it.
Between phone calls to Koala and Vet i was able to fix the issue and my pills were delievered on time. I appreciate that. Reasonable price”
“I placed my order then did not here anything for over a week. I finally called to get confirmation that vet approval had been obtained and order processing had started. Received the prescription for my dog four days later. Will continue to use Koala especially if they continue to offer deals.”
“Communication could be better. I had to call a week later to find out that there was something wrong with my prescription. I called my Veterinarian and he told me that my dog needed a heartworm test before he could prescribe Simparico.
I told him to prescribe Nexguard instead. Had to wait another week to get the new medication approved.
Not blaming Koala entirely, but communication could have been sooner to expedite the process of receiving the new medication.

“Too early to tell. I waited a little too long to connect with Koala. Panda ran out of meds on a Monday and I didn’t get the order from Koala untill the following Friday. I tried Benadryl but it didn’t help and after a couple nights of lost sleep I wound up getting a prescription filled at the higher price from my Vet.”
