“Good service, great price. But the reason I switched to Koala was the advertised individual packaging. The dose my dog needs is half a pill and I destroy several pills when I cut them. My vet stopped cutting bc of short staff. Would have been helpful to get the pills cut and packaged by day.”
“The package took longer than usual, making me wonder if there was something wrong with the prescription or if something was missing. Luckily I'm not in a rush to use the medication. It would be risky if you need the medication right away. The medication came in a nice package with medication details, a handwritten note which is a nice touch and a cute little bandana. I would use Koala again but will have to plan it in advance so that I don't run out while waiting for the package to arrive.”

“I think you are a great company but speed and communication could use a little work. When I placed order it told me I would get by a certain date. I had to call and check on my order and I received 3 days later. I think these are minor kinks of a new company. I will continue to use.”
“Overall went well. It seemed the issue was that our vet was really slow to respond or non responsive even and I didn’t know what was happening. I know that part isn’t Koala’s fault but some info on the account that shows when you all reached out and via what method would help me know that you all had sent 3 emails / 1 phone call etc to my vet so I would know what’s happening.
