“I like the theory of having autofilled Rx meds for my pet, and Koala's price can't be beat! It took a few months to get the schedule correct so I'd get them on time, but I think that's been figured out. Now my only issue is that some of my dog's pills (Carprovet) come broken. Last time it was about 5 out of her 30 pills. This time it's 3 out of 30. If they broke right in half, that would be fine, but they break unevenly, making it very difficult to give her the correct dose. I find myself shaving off a little of the bigger side of the break to try to get as close to half as possible.”
“There was a delay in processing my order (more than the 1-3 business days promised) but once I contacted customer service and told them it was urgent, it was processed that day. Thankfully it was delivered just in the nick of time before my cat's meds ran out.”
“It was good. Took a little longer than expected to ship but it got here quickly. I was disappointed that the Simparica Trio wasn't individually packaged with dates though.”
“Overall it’s a great, affordable service. That said, wait times need to be improved upon. My vet faxed scripts the same day Koala requested them, and it took 7 days from then to ship. And that’s only after I emailed an inquiry. I will continue to use them though and hope wait times get better.!”
“It's an easy service to use, but beware if you have to send in a prescription via mail, you will be waiting for a quite a while (14-20 extra days) before getting your prescription. They have bankers hours for any help. They are quick to respond, but only within those hours during the week.”
“I’ll be honestly I loved koala but I’m still upset I wasn’t notified my dogs medication was going up in price. I had to email myself plus I thought we got a % discount for auto ship?”
“Price was good but the communication was poor. I attempted to call several times after getting no response by email to verify if my prescription was being sent as the vet had told me they had already verified it. I never got a call back but did finally receive an e-mail days later.”
“So far I have been happy but now concerned about order I placed fir 3 dogs flea meds on 3-16-23. I haven’t heard a word. No indication you talked to our vet or that they are getting ready to be shipped”

“Took a couple weeks to get verification from my vet before my order could be completed. Was asked why I wanted a full year of prescriptions vs 6 months. I explained my reasoning but never heard back from Koala. I didn't know whether I would receive 6 months or 12 until my order arrived. I would have appreciated feedback after I provided my reasoning. Other than that, it was a fairly seamless process. I am likely to use them again.”
