“There was no communication whatsoever when Koala had not heard back from my vet. I do wish in the future if there was an issue confirming the prescription that I would be notified so I can quickly reach out to the vet as I did on this occasion, rather than waiting over a month before I finally reached out to find out where my order was.
That being said, once I reached out, responses were quick, friendly and professional and the packaging upon receiving was very well presented. As an Australian, we’re loving the Koala bandana :)”

“Prices are a bit high! Usually when you buy 6 month heart guard plus and nexguard together you get a great discount, especially when buying for 4 dogs. I compared to my Vet and if I buy a 6 month supply for each dog it comes out cheaper. So something to think about especially since you are a bigger company.”
