“I appreciate being able to get my pet medications at 1/2 the price my vet charges. Service was quick too. However, the packaging was wasteful; one little pill bottle in a box nearly as big as a shoebox. And why is each pill in its own plastic wrapper? So very wasteful. I actually will look for someone else when it's time to refill the prescription. I can't have this much waste coming to my house every month.”
“Excellent packing. Order was accurate. Good communication. Took 11 days to get my order from the time I ordered to delivery. That includes one holiday, a weekend, getting authorization from my vet, and shipping time. So probably fairly average. Nice inserts, including hand written note thanking me for my order. Price was good with discount offer. Will consider ordering again from here.”
