“Good service, Koala had the medicine I needed, in stock at a good price. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the lack of communication. When the order had not shipped after a week, I grew concerned and contacted the company. I was informed that my vet had not responded to Koala's request to approve the prescription. The vet was dragging her feet, so the delay was her fault. Howevet, Koala should have notified me that there was a problem when the vet did not respond afteer three days. I called the vet and lit a fire under her. Within2 hours, Koala had shipped the medicine.
Once the medicine was shipped, it only took two days to arrive. The medicine was exactly what I ordered in t he quantity prescribed. I am very happy with Koala and will do business with them again m the future.”
“The speed at which my order was completed could have been faster. Allow yourself at least 2 weeks, if you're pet is running low on meds this might not be the best option for you. With that being said, the prices are great!”
“I love everything about Koala: the ease of use, the price, the great customer service. My only complaint, and I've sent this in before, is the amount of packaging that is used. The bottles are so big compared to the amount of pills inside. And there is a ton of packaging that it feels wasteful.”
“Up till last delivery was very happy with everything.
Recent delivery was late and because of a temporary increase in dose we needed shipment on 5th of Dec. But didn't arrive till 12th of Dec.
I had to contact Koala to remind them delivery was late and then they finally shipped. Up till now they were highly efficient with getting renewals for orders and shipping on time
..hope the cause of this error is corrected so problem gets resolved..must also say they never even apologized for delay which also seemed unusual for the company”
“Great except the communication with our vet. Rx was ordered several weeks before I got a call from Koala saying that they weren’t able to get ahold of vet. Asked me to call vet, which I did, and vet said they didn’t have any communication attempts from Koala. It was resolved, but I was stuck in the middle which was frustrating.”

“I am currently trying to resolve an invoice matter. I received a code %40 percent discount where I receive $50 discount, and I was invoiced, but then I was charged and received only $40 off. I was informed that the code had a $40 max discount. I believe that you should honor the invoiced price and discount code. I believe that I will go to chewy next time based on this experience and if you do not honor your discounts.”
